The Process
- I will
have a contract
for you to sign and will need payment
in Cash, Check or Paypal. This can
be done beforehand or in person at
the inspection.

- Generally,
I will meet you or your agent to
let me
into the house at the
appointed inspection time.
Sometimes I am given a lockbox
number and let myself in.
- If I
know that the house is unoccupied,
I often show up a little early to
start on the exterior.
- I
usually find that it works best to
do the inspection and then do a
walk-and-talk after I'm done, but
you are welcome to follow me
around as I do the inspection.
- The
inspection usually lasts between
2 to 4
hours, depending on the
age, size, condition, distractions
that may arise, and whether or not
I have an assistant with me.
- I
encourage you to be there toward
the end so that I can walk through
with you and point out issues that
I have found. My reports are
detailed with many pictures, so it
isn't an absolute necessity.
- The report
is often ready by the end of that
same day. I will either send the
report as an attachment to your
email address or send an email
detailing how to get your report
from my website.
