It is my goal to provide quality information about the properties that I examine. I try hard to not cut corners or skew facts. I typically spend 2 to 3 hours on the inspection and 1/2 hour to 1 hour explaining what I found to clients and agents on-site. I use a unique reporting system of my own design to present a digital inspection report that is easy to read and often contains over 50 pictures.
